Bill Gates is not Nostradamus
Bill Gates is not Nostradamus but he made a few predictions of his own back in 1999 about the way technology would go. We can’t think too many other people who would be able to make the sort of predictions he made he the book Business @ the Speed of Thought. Overall he made 15 pretty bold predictions of things that came true. We’ll bring you the best of them.
Gates may not have been the person who brought us price comparison sites but he envisaged them way before Compare the Market came to life in 2006. When Gates wrote: “Automated price comparison services will be developed, allowing people to see prices across multiple websites, making it effortless to find the cheapest product for all industries,” he was way ahead of the groove.
