Actors only have to work with one another for a short period of time because the average major Hollywood movie takes between 40 and 100 days to film. That sounds like a long time but it’s not when compared to the amount of time the rest of us spend with our colleagues. No wonder animosity is allowed to fester between stars that don’t get along – there’s no need for them to find common ground if they’re only going to be in each other’s company for three months.
Those who love the Fifty Shades movies will hate the fact that Jamie Dornan is a little strange. So much so that co-stars have labelled the British actor a weirdo for some of his odd behaviour. When he was filming the BBC series The Fall he adopted the personality of the serial killer character he was portraying so much that he freaked out his fellow stars.
In an interview with the LA Times, he confessed to following a “woman off the train one day to see what it felt like to pursue someone like that” so that he could help get into character.
