Tea can be found all over the world. Not only is it a natural form of caffeine but it also has numerous health benefits such as helping with one's metabolism, digestion and can even play a role in preventing various diseases.
It was and still is a massive part of Chinese tradition and was often made by grinding tea plant leaves until they were powder or adding the loose leaves to the water. Nowadays though it is rare to sit down for a cup of tea that is made in such a natural and pure way. Why spend time grinding leaves when you can plop a tea bag into your mug, add water and voila, a cup of hot tea.
