What is healthy?
It can be hard to keep up with the food trends. One day coffee and butter are horrible for you, the next day they say they can somehow both improve your health. It is hard to sift through what you should believe and what the markets want you to believe. Over the years, words like “organic”, “fat-free”, “reduced-fat”, “sugar-free”, etc… have been covering our shelves on grocery items, but are they really all that beneficial to us or could they actually be causing more damage to our health?
