Banana Nut Bread
Banana nut bread sounds relatively healthy, right? Wrong! Just because it includes bits of banana and nut doesn’t make it healthy by any stretch of the imagination. This bread will set you back a whopping 420 calories, 22g fat which is a third of the daily recommended allowance), 52g carbs and not much protein. A better and much healthier alternative to this would be to grab a banana and handful of nuts and munch on them.
