Drink More Water
Doctors are always telling us to drink the recommended 8 cups of water a day. Not only does it make us feel fuller longer, but it also keeps the body fluids in balance which affect digestion, absorption of nutrients, circulation, muscle fuel to replace the sweat and of course dehydration which makes you tired.
It is common to go to the local shop and pick up a bottle of water rather than the soda sitting next to it, which seems like the healthy and responsible thing to do. But plastic water bottles aren’t as great as one would think, especially if you want to reuse the bottle in the future. They can often contain phthalates, mould, microbes, benzene, trihalomethanes and arsenic.
