For many, one of the hardest parts about going on long-haul flights has nothing to do with anything that happens in the air, but rather the issues start appearing as soon as you land. Because our bodies work in cycles, our eating and sleeping patterns are easily thrown off and can be tricky to put back on a schedule. Jet lag can throw some travellers off for days and some experts say it could take a full day to recover for every time zone travellers go through. Thankfully though there are numerous tips given by experts to make jet lag less problematic once you land, making it much easier for your body to transition into the new time zone.
