If you’ve read our post on celebs who vote Conservative, you’ll know that not many really famous names came out in support of that party during the 2017 elections. That’s because most of the countries famous faces were in support of the red party. The list of famous names who showed their support includes the likes of Danny DeVito who Tweeted: “U.K. You've got the guy. Register by May 22nd. Vote for Jeremy Corbyn...show us how it's done” so even the Americans were in favour of the Labour man.
Steve Coogan was one of the most vocal supporters of Corbyn in the lead up to the election in 2017. The Alan Partridge star joined a rally in Birmingham in which he said that the Conservatives were “taking the p**s” and said that Theresa May has “ got the charisma of a pancake.”
