Recently, Quinoa has become extremely trendy for those looking to get healthy. This is the new food to consume if you are looking for something that is packed with healthy nutrients, such as protein, fibre, iron, magnesium and all nine amino acids, just to name a few. Not only is it great for the body, but it is also ideal for those short on time as it takes roughly 15 minutes to cook, unlike brown rice which can take almost twice as long. But even quinoa is misunderstood by many. Those that my love this food may actually completely misunderstand it.
