One of the dishes that you can make inside the microwave is fried rice. Add 1 cup rice, 1 cup water, chopped onions, diced chicken, 1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, pinch of salt and pepper, 1 tsp soya sauce and 1 cup of vegetables. Break an egg and coat the ingredients with it. Put all ingredients in a suitable container with cover and cook 'high' in the microwave for 20 minutes.
