There are almost 7.5 billion people on earth. The 2015 United Nations DESA report predicts there will be 8.5 billion by 2030, 9.7 billion by 2050 and 11.2 billion by 2100. With those potentially accurate statistics, it looks like it will become increasingly more difficult to find any remote place on earth.
As of now though, there still seems to be a few places on earth that nature still thrives and the urban life hasn’t taken over. These 6 remote and isolated places are each special in their own way and offer a unique landscape that is becoming increasingly hard to come by.
